Extended due date for IRS Form 709 which is the United States Gift and Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax Return required by the IRS. You report taxable gifts you might make during your lifetime. This needs to be done any year in which you make a taxable gift, though this has numerous exclusions and options so you might not actually owe a gift tax.
