Timothy M. Cooper

Tim Cooper has been practicing public accounting since 1995, bringing nearly three decades of experience to clients across the construction and real estate development industries.

A Nashville native, Tim earned both his Bachelor and Master of Accountancy degrees from the University of Mississippi. He began his career with Price Waterhouse LLP in Memphis, where he worked in the products and manufacturing audit division before joining the firm’s prestigious Transaction Services team in Atlanta. Since 1999, Tim has focused primarily on accounting, tax, and advisory services for construction firms and real estate developers.

With deep industry knowledge, Tim has played a key role in multiple mergers and acquisitions, helping clients navigate complex financial and operational transitions. His true passion lies in proactive tax planning—working closely with clients to identify strategies, maximize available incentives, and reduce tax burdens.
